Responsibilities are as follows...
- Help Intuit customers use Intuit TurboTax software over the phone, and through one-way video chat and screen sharing
- Research, navigate and locate answers for customers on tax preparation by referencing webpages and resources
- Analyze and research tax matters to determine an appropriate course of action for customers
- Document all issues, resolution and follow up actions
- Learn how to use the TurboTax product to resolve customer inquiries accurately and efficiently, on the first contact
